I have a question regarding placing an open contract on a Super that has been placed into a Concord Low sec station.

Is this legal?
What are the rules regarding reimbursed Supers and Titans while still in station?
If this is not legal and was put up on contract what happens to the Super in question?
Is it yanked from game?
Does the pilot selling it get banned or warned regarding this activity?
