I keep getting this message when trying to transfer a character. I have read the terms and conditions for transferring a character, and both my character and account meet the requirements. The account I'm transferring to also meets those requirements.

I have filed a support ticket, and it's been well over 24 hours without a response. I sold this character on the bazaar and received payment, however the buyer is starting to get impatient. I don't blame him, as I run a business in reality and understand how unprofessional it is to take someone's money on a sale and then force them to wait in the dark.

Does anyone have experience with this error? I have searched google and the forums, to no avail. I want to deliver this character to his new owner ASAP. Is there a support person on these forums that can help me? It would be greatly appreciated!
