Test Server Feedback

I subscribed to eve on my steam account around 3 years ago and until recently I have used this new launcher to log in. Due to this I did not have a password until 3 days ago where i decided to create a password using the option in the account management. I had never tried to log into sisi before this but as I recently trained into a capital ship I downloaded the new client and have been trying to log into SISI to test this carrier before I buy it in Tranquillity. However every time I try to log in with this account I get to the "due to logging in with from a new IP please enter the characters name" I do this and over the last three days I have always received an error which states either the username+password is incorrect even though I had just used this to log into Tranquillity just fine a few moments before and I have used the same characters as I do on tranquility. I also posted in the "Reactivate me" thread three days ago and am still unable to log in. Any tips? I'm on OSX El Capitan (mac 10.11)
