Nice one guys, I hoped to implement a similar idea but involving low sec.

My Corp ad explains it all if anyone is interested to take a read.

But good luck and I hope it grows as there is definitely a market out there for Duels / Bets and honorary 1v1 ships.

I've heard of these, but my version works a little differently...

You see, 5 players send me 10 mill ISK. We duel for 40 mill ISK prize. They can go get 5 players each and get 10 Mill ISK from them and duel for 40 mill ISK prize, those players keep half the extra 10 Mill and send 5 Mill to me for a prize pool... the winners to compete in a larger prize pool. It continues Eventually the main prize will be huge and the Illuminati Tournament is born.

Rules are Rookie Ships only, any build you can make work is okay.

We'll do it in JITA so it's all above board.

Anyone game?

I did this back in the day, nothing so honourable as a House of Fun in Jita, much like you're doing. It was fun.

When I returned after a three year hiatus I tried it again...but it wasn't the same. Local was far too unwelcoming.

When i started local was not very welcoming to me either but i didn't care much... It's their opinion and they can stick with it for as long as they want to... They are the ones missing out on the fun..with time though they will come around (once they see it's something legit).
