I have two monitors for my PC (one Nvidia GTX 970 video card) and I run EVE in either Windows or Borderless Window mode. However any time the EVE client is open any video I'm watching, be it through a browser or just playing a video file, will occasionally stutter graphically. It doesn't impact the audio, it just appears as if the video is flickering for a few seconds before going back to normal. This only happens with EVE and not any other game.

What could cause this and how can I fix it?

Probably nvidia drivers causing troubles yet again. No issues at all using AMD Radeon.
