How long for a Support Ticket Response?

Its been like 4 days since I submitted a support ticket and I still don't have an answer.....how long do they usually take?

It can be 30 minutes to 30 days. It all depends on how busy they are and the priority of your problem. Usually though, the few times I have used the ssystem I have gotten a response within a few days. I imagine though, the expansion that was released last week has increased the work load for them.

If it is an in-game issue, you could try to find an ISD or GM in the rookie help channel. If it something more serious or an account issue you will just have to wait.

It depends on what the problem is.

CCP recently released a new expansion, so the support staff will be really busy dealing with unexpected issues arrising from it. All you can do is wait for someone to get to your ticket. It might also be worthwhile saying what the problem is, you never know someone reading your post may have experienced the same problem and is able to help.

i have one also for 3 days now and no answer.... Isn't there a specific team that answer to support tickets?

Ofcourse there is but just after a major expansion have been released one should expect the team to be buried in support tickets for some time.

Also answer time is greatly influenced by what sort of issue the ticket is about.

Two weeks is typical for non-critical issues.

If your ticket is harrassment or billing issue, then 3 or so days.

Otherwise 2 weeks.

There has been a major expansion and with the influx of new players the support ticket system has be deluged with a large influx of support tickets. It may take a few days to get a response but a response will come.
