PC Freezes right after undock

Hello
I haven't played many time since Citadel patch, but I've run across a sensitive problem.
That's the second time my PC freezes right after the undock cycle is finished and the UI appears, but not fully loaded (some missing icons), and the outside world is completely black. I cannot alt tab nor move my mouse.

The first time I thought it was my PC (that's odd cause I have a stable fit) and lost 100M of cargo goods which is alot for me. Then this time another freeze, luckily for me, nobody was waiting outside.

I can provide with any technical specifications.

Can you please investigate this?

My client freezes for the first 5 seconds too undocking and shows the program has stopped responding. You aren't alone my little space friend. It works fine after the initial time loading assets I assume?
