Can't launch all my drones

I'm posting this rather then a bug submit as I am not sure what is going on and want to see if anyone else is having this problem. I am using a second character to do mining in a Venture and they have Drones 3 and Light Drones 1. Using Caldari Navy Hornets and can only launch one. All the stats says I should be able to launch both from the Drone Bay.

Anyone else reporting this issue or can someone replicate it and tell me what is going on?

Update: Signing off and back in later in the Venture seemed to fix the problem. Not sure why but if anyone else experiences this, may want to do that. Also, if the Devs could monitor and test this situation?
