Unbalanced Promotion Offers

Specials and promotions are given out based on a unfair policy where some of your accounts get an offer and others do not.
this can be vary frustrating and moves against multiple character synchronization of your accounts in EVE.

I would like to see this policy revised and changed to account for persons with multiple accounts especially for persons that have
purchased accounts during the Power Of Play Promotion.

Any help in bringing this matter to the persons that can change this policy or assist Power Of Play subscribers would be appreciated.
