Triage Module Invention Time

So last night I was looking at inventing a Triage Module II BPC.
My industry tab showed an invention time of 10 days for a 1 run BPC.
Is this right or is something borked?

I am not complaining if this is the new invent time, as I feel it would be a step in the right direction.
Just curious if anyone else experienced this.
Is it a mistake, something that was implemented previous and I did not see it... or was it something in the patch notes that I missed?
