At least they appear to be. I'm using the new capital flex armor hardener and the 10000000000000000000mn ab, and both seem to be broken as far as I can tell. Their attribute listing is empty, and they both cause my ship fitting window to not load. I'm pretty confused, because they work great on my Singularity copy.
