Memory leak worse since Citadel?

Is it just me or is the old Mac RAM leak bug even worse than usual since Citadel? I'm running Wine and am at almost 5 gigs of "unused" memory after just sitting in station for like 15 minutes.

It's definitely not running as smoothly as it was even 3 months ago.
Addendum: After making the switch to OSX El Capitan and Wine, perfomance is night and day.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
