Beancounter Metallurgy plugins have no effect.

Basically, as the title says.

Plugged in a Zainou 'Beancounter' Metallurgy MY-705 and the time to research ME didn't change at all.

Tried logging and restarting, still no effect.

Edit - should've said, am researching Me on the new M-Set Mats Reclamation Structure rigs
