Concord module bpcs are currently totally screwed up, I'm going to be doing a detailed bug report on them today but you have:

The new (plate and extender) bpcs reasonably require the new components dropped by new npcs and t2 version of the module - new module, not previously available so can have whatever pre-reqs they like.

Existing bpcs though have mostly (one hasn't noted in the issue list) been changed to say concord.

Some require t2 version of the module (previously t1) some only require t1 still

Some require the new components, some require PI materials.

All bpcs have had the cost increase (e.g. 5 run was 150k LP and 150 mil isk, now 200k LP and 200 mil isk).

The first and last seem reasonable - the first is a totally new module, the last is an across the board change.

The other two issues are totally random and have no consistancy, also make a massive difference to cost to produce and on supply in the short term (if either the new component or the t2 version requirements stay).
