It is with regrets that as I in my capacity as Diplomat of my corp Moonfyre StarBurst Pirateers, announce a full and unconditional reset of standings from excellent to RED against the CVA alliance located in the region of Providence.

This reset is the result of a rather heated and ugly exchange that I had earlier with a member of CVA on a public channel, and as a result this person also got blocked from further communication with me.

I will not discuss the reasons as to the reset only to say that even during my time flying under their flag, several incidents happened that has caused a tremendous amount of bitterness and even anger to come forth, and the unwillingness to resolve issues that I had with them.

Therefore, there will be no response to any comments made on this thread and I respectfully request ISD to lock as such to prevent any further exchanges.

One does not get to post a thread declaring hostile standings and expect the DED to censor public discussion.

That said I am sorry to hear you feel this way. CVA isn't perfect, and I am sad your experience was a negative one. I am also sad to hear you had a heated exchange, but I do hope you are not reffering to our own conversation. I hope I had conducted myself calmly and stated criticism of CVA as an organisation is welcome, but as a moderator of the fluid router I had asked you don't level insults on individual CVA members for their choice of employment. If you had an argument with someone else, then I am again sad to hear it and had hoped for better conduct from my fellow alliance members.

I don't think I was clear with my question, sorry about that.

I also might know a group who.... If your interested.... Might help you get some vengence. Just ask and I'll pass ya the name. I know they'd be glad to add more numbers to their fold ((npsi fleet)). Wouldn't be horribly damaging to them but atleast you'll get the satisfaction of, well, you know.

Mr. Onzo, I like to make an additional statement in defense of Admiral Maidstone's conversations she had with you earlier, and that is I agree in full of her statements in all of the discussions she had with you and others. I also agree in the whole of the matter she had excersise her rights to engage in hostile talks with you.

The resulting reset of standings was made on my authority based on a number of issues to which I am well aware of, and I supported her rights in that regards to reset.

However, I must also tell you even in a public domain as the IGS is, that she suffered a tremendous loss during her evac operations to Empire in the end to which she has wrote off as total losses and never replaced that loss. To her, that was adding insults to injury and I can not fathom the attitudes shown towards her.

Let me remind you again, I stand by all her statements, I stand by her for what she believes in, and that is truth will prevail. I also stand by her even during this time of hostilities.

If you people fell out with Captain Onzo, you must have behaved quite abominably. He and I are diametrically opposed on almost every matter of note, yet he has always been unfailingly diplomatic and courteous.

The fact the original poster seeks to shut down any sort of commentary or response to her allegations further raises suspicion about MoonfyreStarBurst's motives in broadcasting their dissatisfaction. If you lost assets after dissolving a relationship, that is a regrettable but predictable outcome of throwing a tantrum.

The whole thread is rather opaque and I have no idea what the dispute is over.

It is my fervent hope that such a severe step, as setting Red and inviting KOS status from the CVA alliance, was done after full, thorough, and careful deliberation and consideration of the following questions:

Is the risk of loss of the lives of your crews worth whatever principle or proposition the dispute is over?

Was it worth airing the "dirty laundry" of this dispute between faithful, loyalist entities - whatever it may be - on the IGS? We Amarr.. typically.. go about resolving, or prosecuting, our disputes in a more discrete fashion.

For instance, cloaky hit-and-run torpedo bombers can screw a battleship if they catch them alone. If they happen upon them in fleet, just stalk them until they engage another fleet. With respect, I don't imagine that CVA is going to worry very much about the enmity of a four-man self-declared pirate corporation, especially not when they're involved in an interstellar war that seems set to topple the largest capsuleer coalition the cluster has yet seen.

Mr. Toov, I am sure you heard the saying "Big surprises comes in small packages" correct? I think you got the idea nailed down perfectly and yes we have the capability to come out of no where and release fire and brimstone.

Speaking on her behalf Miss Aspenstar. I am very aware of the fact that inviting KOS status doesn't faze us one bit and in that regard we just don't care. However if you agree to meet with Admiral Maidstone under amicable settings then I am sure she would be able to bring up the various issues to which she encountered while under the CVA flag.

Not even..... There are groups who go out and do incursions into CVA sovergn space. You realize half the kills we have on our killboard are CVA members right, Tyrel? Have the four of them combine forces with other groups with similar interests. Still probably won't be a massive dent but they'll surely notice it. They don't need to do it alone, they can easily find allies.

That assumes that they're not still Amarr loyalists with a grudge against the CVA. I'm willing to forgo shooting them for the moment, but I'd advise caution when offering aid to a formerly hostile entity.

I never said we would work with them, I'm saying that doesn't mean others with a similar grudge wouldn't. Honestly I wouldn't think of throwing any offers on the table. They aren't after ALL our enemies, just one, an enemy by association at that. Doesn't mean personally I wouldn't happily throw a harpy or jaguar into the field once or twice in fighting a mutual enemy. For NOT-X it would be optional.

In reading thru some of the above comments I am however pleased that we are showing a lot of restaint and this in turn will make the discussion a bit more bearable. I know for a fact that Admiral Maidstone has shown a lot of restraint herself during this period of time.

I am quite sure even tho I have a rather small corp in numbers, and we do have an open recruitment to bolster our numbers if anyone is interested. However, I would be willing to accept those who believe as we do to take up arms along with us. Allies who would want to join our cause are certainly most welcome to contact Admiral Maidstone as she will be in charge during my absence over the next few weeks as I return planetside for medical attention.

I also gave her complete authority to consider all avenues of diplomacy to resolve the differences we are faced with, and if in the end to consider a limited combat engagement if need be.
