Cannot Set Hotkey for Fighters: Move to location

I can't find the hotkey settings for ordering a fighter squadron to move to a location in space anywhere in the EVE settings. People keep telling me it's Q, but I already had something bound to Q so it didn't get assigned to any key. I scanned the shortcuts over and over looking for what it could be and can't find it.

Try resetting the approach hot key to something that works with your setup
