Issue: impossible to change language

Hi,
My girlfriend started to play EVE and she ran the client in French. But, as an "old" player, I prefer the game in English. I tried to reset the language settings, but there's an issue: in the parameters, the language is set to English, but everything is displayed in french… I tried to clean the cache, set it to French and restart in order to put it in English, but it's always the same. The parameters are set to English, but the client is running in French. I've got 4 accounts and tried everythin on 2 accounts. Can anyone help me?

PS I'm playing on Mac.
