1.do I need an extra large Citadel to make one
2.do I have to wait for the industrial ones to make one

cant build in citadels, they're only to store items and you could wait to use industrial arrays or you could use the npc stations.

Or you could just use a POS... They aren't gone yet.

Anyway, I'm thinking a large industrial citadel would work? The way I heard it you'll only need the xl for supers and titans, the large will be able to build normal capital ships. You might even be able to build them in medium? Not sure on that though.

A few things from my experience:

If you're not using a Thukker array for your components you're leaving a bunch of money on the table. These can only be set up in Lo-Sec. Greater risk = Greater reward.

The logistics of hauling freighters one at a time to trade hubs is a pain in the ass.

I expect the price (demand) of these to drop because of the continued nerfs to ganking (new bump timer being the latest) and the lack of leadership in CODE. right now.

Just my 1/50th of a dollar.
