Saw something about a contest drawing in Amarr??

About a week ago (I think) I had seen something somewhere about a drawing CCP is hosting. I can't seem to find the info about it. If I recall correctly, pilots needed to be in a particular Amarrian system within a certain time frame. Anyhoot, could someone either post details or provide a when and where?

Yes you just have to have visited amarr between now and the 26th i think, the drawing is in may

While simple, the prizes will be substantial:

1st Place - 120 PLEX - 10 years of training time
2nd Place - 36 PLEX - 3 years of training time
3rd place - 12 PLEX - 1 year of training time

Question: If I make a character, visit Amarr biomass him, and make a new character, does that count as two entries?

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

If you win on a biomassed character.. the prize will be biomassed as well

I read this and was hoping as few as posible noticed it in the dev blog.

120 plex is damn substantial, is this the biggest prize ccp has given out ever?
