Issues with HDR and AA

Hello all. After this last round of patches I seem to be having some strange graphical issues with HDR and AA. Before this last patch I had everything set to high with HDR and AA on. Now when I use HDR and AA I get a black in game browser and can't view full body portraits

with just HDR on I get a missing ship in the fitting window and my ship disappears when I jump in to warp, but reappears when I exit warp.

with just AA on I get dullish looking ships, with the ship in the fitting window missing again.. but it does show up when I warp.

Any idea whats causing this? I've updated my video drivers and cleared my cache.
