Pilot is not worth 200bil. a good starting bid would be 100bil and buy out would be around 160b tops. thats just my opinion. my pilot is more focused (combat) and mine is worth about 120bil. you are missing some pretty major skills ( level V) to include jump fuel conservation, carrier V ect.

Clearly neither is spelling.

Prior to skill extractors, character prices were based on the months taken to train it @ 2 mil SP per month (1 plex)
With that in mind, your character was worth about 110 bil (at todays plex prices).
Now character prices are based on the Skill point extraction/selling which makes yours worth 165 bil at the very maximum (unless someone is willing to pay slightly over that in order to USE the pilot)

Bearing that in mind, I offer 166 bil

Please note that this post is not meant to denigrate in any way. Just pointing you in the right direction regarding what price to realistically expect for your character.
