Going by the Thermal Damage killboard, you're looking at stepping up from ISK10m T1 rifters, slashers and firetails straight into an ISK100b+ AT ship?

You have a mere 61 kills coupled with 32 losses. While this may or may not be your first character, you've provided no other information to establish your PvP credentials.

My $0.02, based only on the information you've provided thus far: Start by flying a basic Dramiel for a while. If you can fly a Dramiel well, you'll be able to fly a Chremoas with some kind of facility.

This "investment" as you put it is an awful proposition. As soon as an active Chremoas is noticed on the killboards (and it WILL get noticed), you can bet there's going to be a lot of people hunting you. Based on your current KB, it probably won't take them long to turn ISK100B of AT ship into a hilarious killmail.

Don't fly what you can't afford to lose. You obviously can't afford to buy a Chremoas, ergo: don't fly one.

Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this exercise, however I don't see it as a solid investment and I won't be partaking.

If you like frigates, keep flying them. Get really good with them. But you need to take on opponents that are tougher than pods, noob ships, and industrials.
