Actually, she has admitted to my facts by invoking CONCORD "rules of engagement." The Caldari State is a member of CONCORD. The CEP and all legitimate Caldari State institutions recognize the legitimacy of CONCORD, and generally abide by its rules. Except, as we know, when issues of Caldari State sovereignty or military necessity take precedence. The Battle of Caldari Prime is a perfect example, and there are others. When the State decides that CONCORD rules of engagement restrict them from properly enforcing State law, they disregard those rules.

The fact that the State Protectorate did not disregard CONCORD rules of engagement and did intervene against Commander Kim proves that her accusations of treason by her opponents are without legitimate basis. If Commander Kim had been operating with official State Protectorate sanction to enforce a lawful warrant of arrest, the State Protectorate would not have fired on her ship.

I provided the exact time and circumstances of the engagement for the public to verify.
