I reckon on his next bond offer - which I predict will be for 20bn and scam focused, and therefore his final one - everybody should just 'I want pledge 20bn' and be done with it

Hmm actually I don't recall asking that anybody should be banned.

Ok let's get to my chief objection about James 315.

He runs a website called minerbumping.com

In this website he engages in behaviour that would be contrary to CCP eula.

He ridicules people. He humiliates people. He embarasses people.

Presumably he does all this under the banner of 'roleplaying'

Well you can't 'roleplay' humiliating somebody
You can't 'roleplay' embarassing somebody
You can't 'roleplay' ridiculing somebody

That's why all this stuff is banned by CCP

James 315 gets round all this by running a website external to EVE

I'm not going to make a personal attack against James 315 because then I would be contravening the Eula.

All I ask is that James 315 and his baggage be moved to Crime and Punishment
