Because it's a cloaky dramiel with weak stats, can't even kill a T3 destroyer 1v1 with equivalent links and implants that's how bad it is.

The only thing you can do with this is either sit cloaked in FW plex at range and orbit 25 with arties vs ab frigates, or roam in nullsec to kill cynos or 1v1 inties (lol). Not very exciting gameplay but maybe that's just me.

imo 100b ships should be overpowered, not free kills.

its a 100b ship because there are enough people willing to pay 100b for an AT ship with weak stats,
they dont even care about the stats because they would never undock it and would spin it in hangar, at most.
