Out of Game Events and Gatherings

For those of you who haven't heard my announcement on the Podside Podcast, seen my tweets or posts on Facebook....

I am holding an EVE meet-up on the 30th of April in Central Texas. At the "Bit Bar" in Killeen, TX (the awesome city right outside of Fort Hood) at 1900 local, I will be there with an already confirmed group of EVE players to introduce ourselves, drink some beers, and generally have a good time. I know we will have people from all walks of New Eden there, even some goons. Grrr Goons right?

But seriously, its going to be purely social to get to know the people in our area that share in the love we have for this game. While this will be for EVE players, there is by no means any requirement to even talk about EVE other than the fact that we all play it. Im doing this to have a social base for local members to turn to when the encounter a problem in game, have a question, or just want to get together for some local fleets. Nobody will be turned away and prospective players are welcome too.
