Meta Capital module changes in upcoming patch

Hello,

I'm not certain if I have the right section since this is related to industry but it's also a question about upcoming changes.

I just bought two 5 run BPCs for the meta capital guns from Concord. Currently those guns when built are meta level 2. When the patch releases what is going to happen to the guns and BPC? Will it be changed to a relatively cheap meta 2 version or will it be changes to the CONCORD guns and BPC?

I've tried doing a bit of searching on the forums and I couldn't find anything of significant note about it.
