Reverse order of Employment History and Spliting Stack Gripes

Hi. Is this where I lodge complaints against the UI? Big smile

Employment History Order

When roaming/scouting (be it low sec, null sec, or Empire war) , you pull character employment histories constantly. And generally (for me at least) you have to scroll down to get the information you really need: How old is so-and-so? Would it be possible to switch the order so that the oldest career entry (birth date) is on top? It would save a great deal of meaningless scrolling.

Splitting Stacks

This control is really difficult. Sometimes the shift-drag works... if it's in a good mood. Many times it does not. Today I was sorting ammo into the cargo holds of 15 ships, and over and over the item would be moved into the hold without splitting. It is incredibly annoying. On one move, trying to send 40 rockets to the hold from a stack of a couple hundred, I attempted the split fourteen times. I finally started loading the weapons from items, unloading to cargo, over and over.

I' ve tested my shift button extensively. It's not the keyboard.

Fun Fact: For my mission ship I maintain amounts of ammo that the cargo hold cannot carry just so I don't have to go through the pain of attempting to split the stack.

We used to have a 'split stack' entry in the drop down, but it appears gone. Please... either fix this or tell me how I'm screwing up an easy, two-button operation.
