Go ahead and download it, feel free to use it as long as credit is given. Hit update all under data to refresh the links for the latest ISK prices. Please report any bugs to this thread, so I can fix it (though I am not an excel expert at any stretch).

Hope it helps some of you folks out there that are looking to make a Citadel, be it in WH space or Null sec or wherever! Medium and XL versions to come at a slightly later date. Please note values are subject to change depending on how CCP alter the values when it goes from SiSi to Tranquility, at which point I will update it.
