Boosters: Drugs are bad.

But with Incarna I thought drugs can also be really funny. I propose if a pilot is currently under the influence of boosters and docked in a station, that their Captain's Quarters reflect their altered state of consciousness.

Examples could include:

distorted fun house mirror walls

an uncertain lurching walk

a puzzled or paranoid expression

random hallucinations

falling down and literally ROFL

having an article of clothing on backwards

What better way to teach all the kids out there that drugs are bad?

Think of the children.

It's a good idea, but I wouldn't use those items. It would be annoying for us, but for a kid it would be downright fascinating. Effects like that would encourage them to use the said items for fun and to annoy other people, which would make them get ajusted to using it over and over and not think much of it. EvE isn't exactly kid friendly so I don't think it would be a problem at all to be honest, but you never know. A kid would just do it in a Walk-in station rather than play I would think, well if CCP ever delivers. So it could prove to be.*shrug*

I never used boosters or even looked at them so I have no idea if they have side effects, but maybe make it where you can't get skillpoints for the duration of them, since you can't really learn while cracked out of your mind. Or maybe reduced training time or reduced abilities for as long as you arent using them for a day or up to a week, like real drugs. Make it break their bank account quick enough and it won't be as desirable... though by doing this you kill boosters as a whole, but it's just me ranting, I don't really think about them much to be honest. Someone who uses them regularly would probaly disagree.
