reusing character name

Hello

I just activated my old account with a 4 hours PLEX and deleted my character to be able to reuse its name. There is a 10 hour cooldown to delete the character and will need to click finalize after 10 hours to ensure deletion. However I've only got 4 hours free and won't be able to finalize the deletion. I really want the name. What should I do?

Anyway I already filed a ticket but still has no respond

Just use the old char. Problem solved.

If you don't like the "look" , resculpt. I'm not sure you will be met with a positive reply on your petition.

Well, it's deleted now. Try to create your new character with this name.
