Mfg moves to the Citadel...when?

There is no information about this as of yet. However Fanfest is in a few weeks, something might be announced there.

I personally expect manufacturing to be done in a new specialized structure. Citadels are more like bases/trade hubs, not factories. In addition to manufacturing getting its own structure, I expect research, moon mining and reactions to get their own specialized structures as well, eventually.

Industry structures are expected to be announced in the fall.

Not entirely true - the Las Vegas videos showed several and, if you look in your overview settings, I think (iirc without logging in) you'll see 7 others in addition to the announced 4 types of Citadel - so all 7 to come.

That the 'service module(s)' for manufacturing may appear sooner and even be possible to fit to Citadels (as with 'others', like Research) - the specialised other structures will have additional bonuses.
