Training Times on Ship/Module Prerequisites Tab: How long have they been there?

Quick question: How long has the Prerequisites tab on the module/ship Info window been displaying the training time needed to skill into that item, along with the pop-up tool tip on training times per skill level for individual skills?

I ask because I got a job where lives depend on my observation skills...

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

Since 29th November when Crucible came out!

They were in the patch notes under skills!
