Client goes to black screen with music after logging in

Once logged in to the client and the character selection screen all I see is a black screen with a cursor and the sound of the background music. I have noticed that sometimes I can rapidly right-click on my mouse and will see a flicker of the hangar bay but that's it.

Been away from the game for years and took a 10 day offer to consider returning and unfortunately the first three days have all been like this. Sometimes the client will launch correctly and I can see the game, but most login attempts yield the black screen.

same problem here... i wrote a ticket, but nothing happen... Evil
