So i've made cake, there's a bit too much and I want to share, I have multiple types, there are a wide variety to choose from, but please bare in mind MOST of them are just Pineapple turnover that are colored differently. Keeping this clear in your mind, don't get your hopes up, In fact i'm fairly sure all of them contain some form of fruit that's been grown in a lab.

That being said, These are also kosher, Nauplius, i'm looking at you brother. (One has Sebiestor blood in it!)

And if anyone can convince Deitra Vess to eat some, I'll give you an extra hour in the Ball pit.

See, you say that, yet you're here. And you didn't figure into your figuring that you'd appear here, so I figure if you're figure is here you figure you want a piece of cake!

I'd better try to convince Vess to drink some Kresh tea.

Depends. What does it involve?

It involves taking delicious (And moist) cake, biting off a small piece, enjoying its flavor. Not too hard I assume~

Nobody has yet to instruct me on how to transmute a gargantuan wheel of goat's cheese into cake.

That's not a cheese measurement that I am familiar with. What mass of cheese is it ?

Oh well, that's easy now.

Obtain the following ingredients:

4.5kg of biscuits
2kg of butter
These form the base.

10kg of goat cheese (you have this already)
5kg of double cream
2kg of icing sugar
The juice of 15 lemons
This is for the cheese topping

Optional:
7kg of fruit that aren't lemons.
0.5kg icing sugar
This is for an optional fruit topping

You will also need several suitably sized cake tins, or a singular colossal cake tin. Get ones with the loose bottoms, because you'll be using the tin as a mould, so the removable side is useful in this respect.
You'll also need spoons, a mixer, and variously sized pans and bowls.

Take your cake tin, and lightly butter the inside, and line it with baking paper. This helps to separate the cake from the tin when it is being served.

Take the butter, and melt it in a suitably large pan.
Take the biscuits, and crush them into a powder, inside a bag, then, pour the biscuit crumbs into a suitably large bowl.
Pour the melted butter onto the biscuit crumbs.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour this mix into the cake tins and press the mixture down firmly to create an even layer.
Chill in a fridge for at least 2 hours till it sets firmly. If making a single large cake, it'll likely take longer.

Take the goat cheese and icing sugar, and beat them in a mixer until smooth. Then add the double cream and continue mixing until it is smooth. Then add the lemon juice and mix until fully blended.
Pour this mix onto the base, and use a spoon to work it fully onto the base, to make sure there are no air bubbles.
Smooth off the top of the cheesecake.
Leave the cheesecake to set in a fridge overnight.

For an optional fruit topping, take half of the fruit, and puree it in a blender, with the icing sugar, and a little water, until the mixture is nice and smooth. You could use a sieve to remove any lumpy bits.
Take the other half of the fruit, cut the fruit into small pieces, and make a small pile of fruit pieces on the cheesecake. Then pour the pureed fruit over the top of the pile.

Bring the cheesecake to room temperature about 1/2 an hour before serving.

You'll need something to sit the cheesecake tin on, so that you can drop the side, and then you can lift the tin base, with the cheesecake on it, and then transfer it to a plate for serving.

Is that helpful, Elmund ?

I'm doing a market run in Jita and am putting together the ingredients list. I will be shipping all of this back to home station with the other supplies.

No. I simply adjusted the quantities for a recipe that I already knew.

Because, Elmund's 10kg of cheese turns into a 30kg cake. That's half the bodymass of a fairly normal woman. That's a huge cake.
