Multi-Buy and Multi-Sell, adding faction items, contracts replacing escrow and of course the quick bar reset warning(!) are all I can think of off of the top of my head, although we get new stuff to play with every time they add new items. A very long time ago there was no quickbar and you had an unlimited amount of orders.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is you can have your orders highlighted in the market so you know which are yours. You can also right click on them in the market to modify them vs finding in your wallet.
