WH effects - Do they affect POS and its guns?

No, POS modules are not directly changed by WH effects.

I say "not directly" because with the effects they have on ships present in the system intelligent POS builders alter their defences to suit the altered environment. For example more energy neutralisers in a system with penalties to capacitor sizes to compound the impacts they have.
