As the experience comes, it's about that sure satisfaction. If they're maxing frigate SP before t2 ammo, they're probably not having fun.

Those 3 skills are 13d.

"SP is helpful for the game?" Here's all of the research on motivation -- it says the opposite! What purpose does it serve, then? Starter corps are non-competitive. Sov is unchallenged. "Fix sov!" you say? Remove SP.
