Dear CCP

During the wonderful three (and a bit) months I have played EVE Online I have (rather rapidly) realised my Rifter is slower than anything else slower than it in PURE game mechanics. I was wondering if anyone at CCP was aware of the rather (subjectively) extreme hazard this has on game enjoyment (from the PVP perspective).

I don't want to cry "you suck" (after all Oz' internet was slower than Romania's for many years) but if any of your techies understand this please respond.
