game wont start

Launcher working fine. When I launch game it says loggin complete, loading bulk data and then just keeps loading...game never actually loads.

What can I do?

Any help would be appreciated. I've played the game for years and never had this problem. I've gone through the normal protocol, clear cache, updates. Any ideas what is causing this?

Lets see if download all option is checked in the launcher?
