There is a lot of nonsense in this thread. Eve is a game in which the modus operandi is careful planning and organisation, politics and alliance building, and a good dose of backstabbing and treachery. In this regard the Mittani has been a very good leader.

As an outsider I get impression that despite some of the legitimate desire for revenge and carnage, there is also a lot of jealousy towards the success that the goons have managed to achieve.

Well it is not from me. I want to see what the future holds for me in this game and what comes. I will always cheer for the side that wishes to bring about change as the possibilities of the future are always endless.

I freely acknowledge my participation as a nonsense instigator in what was becoming a relatively gloomy thread. I mean, whenever I see someone using the H person as an adjective, I must bring out Mel Brooks, I think there's a law about it someplace.

Anyway, more on topic... I know nothing about the Mittani, his goons, or him personally so I do not speak good or ill of him. Those that may fall on either side of the conflict may reflect on some of the greatest words ever to grace expression in regards to government and freedom:

I am certainly not under any delusion this is for a greater good. Empires rise and Empires fall. This is what they must do for Destruction is the foundation for Creation. A new paradigm to be formed upon the ashes of the old paradigm. The cycle must continue for the good of all and not even The Imperium is immune to this.

On the sidelines for now but I may join up if i can get friends to join me in it and signing up with one of the organizations.

I am also eager to see what the future holds...and I said before; I will always support a paradigm shift from the old to something new.

What would a future without the CFC as the major power bloc look like?

Who would rise up to be next and what will they do with their new found power?

These are the questions that inspire me to make my message known to my fellows here.
