No more mining barge animations on the Retriever?

I've been away from EVE for a month or so and logged on today to find the ORE barge skins have been changed (they all look pretty cool tbh), however I've noticed that my Retriever's moving parts no longer move. I'm talking about the piston-type parts on the sides and underside of the hull. EDIT Seems it's happened to the Mackinaw too.

Has anyone else noticed this? It seems to have gone relatively unnoticed.
