Skill Extractor Failed Varification

Attempting to use a skill extracter, But reciving a failure error that says it is failing verification.

I did just reactivate my account a short while ago (few hours as of post) and would not be surprised if this is the reason, However want to make sure that its not some other issue.

I've got over 100 mil sp, so I know thats not the cause of the issue...

Resolved the issue... Had to relog and found out that my Skill Queue hadn't cleared out.
