Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I can't seem to get the marquee select to work with the new camera. It's been this way since you first introduced it in beta and I thought it was just a bug that hadn't been fixed yet until recently. I saw a video on youtube where it worked perfectly for him. Is there something I can do to fix this issue? The issue seems to stem from the fact that as I drag the marquee box, once I release the mouse button the box is still there. I need to click again to remove the marquee box.

I've already verified my sharedcache a couple times. It's the same on all my characters. I've also used different mouses, but nothing helped.
