The answer is no, sorry but P.I and mining is the only way you'll get raw materials in J-space.

Also, not meaning to be rude, but a simple Google search would get you the answers you need.

well dont worry current time all wormhole moons have no any minerals but this might change in couple of months or years dont say no today when you can say yes tommorow. lets say ccp change mind and for 2700 wormholes (example) they will throw resources into couple of random moons in various wormholes could be also pretty fun if ccp would give resources to like 100 moons in entire highsec space. this could ignite alot of conflicts of course right now its only DREAM as there will be no moon mining in hghsec or wormhole for atleast few years unless ccp change the mind . but fine you can still anchor moon harvester in wormhole it will just do notthing except attract potential pos shooters who would love to kill tha structure

Is op lactating? Holy batman milk turrets. Also no, you can't mine moons in whs, - domething balance balance null blocks. Otoh you can mine and react gas (just buy the miner... err, I mean, mining is great!).
