Jump Fatigue

On the 10th of October, 2014, my world would change forever. My only purpose in life would be stripped away from me and the face of EVE Online would change for both the better and the worse. The evil known as Jump Fatigue was the culprit, and Black Ops were the innocent bystanders swept away in the aftermath. I feel that the implementation of the Long-Range Jump Changes were overall positive, it gave smaller entities the opportunity to use their capitals without the fear of being within the infinite reach of entities such as Pandemic Legion, It encouraged content that was enjoyable. However, I do not believe enough thought was given before applying the same fatigue to Black Ops as given to Capitals. The role of Black Ops was to be mobile, infiltrate and disrupt deep in enemy territory, the amount of fatigue Black Ops accumulate makes this extremely difficult. The benefit of Black Ops was that you could jump to an enemy with Stealth Bombers, bring the Black Ops along and continue on to the next target area. This is now impossible. The role that Black Ops were implemented to fill has been torn open once again, a void exists that was once filled, and it seems like it was an accident.

Again, It seems completely reasonable that Capitals should accrue the large fatigue timers that they do, however, Black Ops should get a significant reduction in fatigue or be immune to it entirely. Black Ops jumping across the entire map to jump on every fight was never a problem, only the capitals. Why were Black Ops neutered along with every other ship that possessed a Jump Drive when they were not even the target of the change?

Jump Drive changes killed my corporation 2 years ago and my will to play this game. I have returned after a long hiatus but I do not like what I have returned to. Small-scale PVP in lowsec and 0.0 is fun, but I crave a different play style which is no longer viable for seemingly no reason. Please, give us our Black Ops back, there is no need for such fatigue on Black Ops. CCP, you intended to nerf Capitals with the change, and I understand why, but you cannot leave Black Ops in their current state. I have heard a 20% reduction in jump fatigue is being considered, this is not nearly enough, consider WHY Black Ops were created in the first place and why they were included in this nerf, please.

CCP, please give us our Black Ops back. You took them for no reason. With a dwindling subscriber base, you cannot afford to be stubborn about reverting bad changes. If you seriously want this game to survive you have to stop making such poorly thought out decisions. I have been playing this game on and off since 2005 and I have seen so many patches that were clearly having a negative impact on the game but for some reason, you cannot bring yourselves to admit when you make a mistake and REFUSE to acknowledge or fix it. This mode of thinking has caused your company massive monetary losses and your main source of income is slowly dying.

Please CCP, get it together, no one wants to see EVE Online die, but its the reality we're facing. Fix the game.
