Morning all, is there an issue with support tickets and bug reporting currently?

I submitted a bug report shortly after the last patch, it was left unanswered for over a week, and now I cant access the bug reporting section at all, comes up with error code 500 when I try to log into it).

My alt also submitted a support ticket 3 days ago about an Epic Arc standings boost not being applied, although I ran it concurrently with another character and his one was applied. The support ticket has also been ignored.

I know CCP do get busy with tickets after a big patch, but this is starting to get frustrating.

CCP have laid off all support help and are currently contracting to a Filipino support center in Manila BUT you now have to lodge all petitions in person. Shocked
