Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hey guys, i started this account yesterday and was about to upg from trial to a 'subsc and the activation fee'.
When i was about to pay with paypal this site froze, so i refreshed it and continue to pay. So far so good, well atleast what i though!

I got the recevie mail from paypal conf all whent well and money is sent to CCP Games UK, also if i log in to my paypal account there is a payment to ccp, however my account didnt upg from trial and on my transaction site in eve is showes as 'fail'

Then i logged in to my internet band and it shows a transaction to paypal, i also called paypal phonesupport to have them telling me everything looks fine, and they even gave me a transaction ID of ccp's payment '' so ccp should be able to track it.
Started a Ticket and explained everything but the GM that took it still claims no money has been recived, called paypal again to dubble check with a diff ''supporter'' but same answer, money has been taken and delivered..

So to get passt the problem i needed to buy a month sub and the activation a sec time, luckily that went well. But ccp still own me my money from my first transaction.

So what should i do? i got no clue how to get my money back
