No more Subscription Renewal Reminders?

I didn't receive any Subscription Renewal Reminder emails this month. Ended up needing to use Hours For PLEX (a feature I'm very grateful for).

I checked my spam folder thoroughly: they weren't in there.

The email address associated with my account is correct.

Same thing here. Didn't get my 6 day notification, or the last day mail.
Why we dont have a in-game counter on our char info CCP?

The otherwise useless "Pilot License" section of the character info window is begging to receive that functionality.
There's supposed to be a countdown on the character selection screen during login, but the first time I ever saw it was when I had activated Hours For PLEX and it read "0 days".

Imagine you dont log in for a week and then find out sub is out.
I dont mind the login info, but whats wrong with E-Mail notification as a reminder.

Well today my subscription was suspended due to my subscription running out and I never got that message about x amount of days remaining, like we normally do. I had no idea it was about to expire and I now assume I've lost how many hours of skillpoints.

DAMM! Those meanies at CCP are now requiring players to train 'out-of-game' skills like .... SELF RELIANCE!
Who the heck do they think they are!
Whats next?
A player demand for an 'out- of -game skill' skill queue of course! Blink

Well, I know that I have the countdown to account expiry happening on one out of my bunch of accounts. I get no email reminders from any of them. So for sake of consistency, it would be nice if all accounts would show the remaining days on this subscription.

I have the "Apply PLEX" reminder in my calendar for four accounts. I am certain that many people are only updating their subscriptions when the game asks them to: the number of times I have had people disappear from fleets or chat channels due to accounts running out is amusing.

Finally, I have had at least one instance personally where I have been disconnected from the game due to an expired subscription on account A because I applied a PLEX to account B (the market alt with access to the cheapest PLEX) instead of contracting it to account A. Having the reminder on the character selection screen would be more convenient than checking the account management screen every time I activate a PLEX.

Self reliance is one thing. Having the account provide the information that it has been updated correctly is a useful safety mechanism. Having this mechanism through the pilots Licence section of the character sheet would be quite handy.
