Micro Jump Field Generator BPO: No longer available via NPC?

I'd like to buy a ME/TE 0/0 Micro Jump Field Generator BPO off NPC sell orders so I can research it up. When I search for the item on eve-marketdata like I usually do, I find no NPC sell orders shown in any of the regions covered by that site. I also haven't found it by flying around and checking markets one-by-one. This issue could be related to an issue CCP had with seeding the market back in December, which Fozzie said was fixed w/ sell orders in the trade hubs. All of the other NPC items Fozzie mentioned as broken then are fixed now, except MJFG BPO's. I also cannot find the BPO on chruker.dk, another resource I usually use for this sort of thing. Steve Ronuken's CREST Market Browser does show 30 player sell orders in SovNull outposts, but no other orders. When I look at historical data on sell orders for the MJFG BPO, that data shows 3,998,676 sell orders on March 7th (presumably all from NPC sellers), but only 30 sell orders since then.

Was this part of the plan? Are MJFG BPOs like ORE Industrial BPOs, only available in some backwater region of null that hasn't been disclosed? Or did the March 8th major release once again break the market availability of these BPOs? How can I get one of these? (I submitted a support ticket on this, but maybe I'm missing something....)

I don't know why there's numbers, but I believe that there are only bpcs dropped from data sites, you'd have to buy them off contracts.

I dunno. When I look at contracts in Jita, I see offers for both dark blue 10/20 BPOs and light blue researched 10/20 BPCs. I don't think either of those come from data sites. (I don't think the BPCs you get from data sites are researched.)

Thanks to the player that put a few up for sale--I bought one. Problem still exists tho.

It is possible it didn't seed.

CCP had a problem with that before. It may have resurfaced.
